What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
When are orders shipped out?
Orders placed Monday-Friday are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday. We strive to ensure that our customers receive their merchandise on or before the carrier's shipping estimate. For specific shipping times/dates requested, please leave note in the comment section if you need the item by specific time and we will insure the correct shipping method selected for your desired date of receipt.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes! When you choose our free gift wrap option at check out, we ensure that the gift merchandise is given our signature gift wrap style with green and pink wrap accents and topped off with the unmistakable Olive You sticker! We can even add a personalized tag for that special recipient.

We love when customers ask for help with styling! All of the Stylists here at Olive You are trained to get to know our customers and our brands so that we can pair our favorite styles with our beloved customers! Give us some information about you in an email or phone call and we’d be happy to help! If you want something more consistent, ask us about our Frequent Fashion Club! We are proud to have a program for our customers that can’t make it in the store and want the shop to show up at their doorstep!
We are also striving to provide suggestions based upon prior looks/purchases associated with a particular style. Check out our “suggested products” at the bottom of each product screen to find similar items you might be interested in.
Do you sell gift cards?
Olive You gift cards from our store location cannot be redeemed online at this time. However, if you would like to purchase something on the website using an Olive You gift card, feel free to give us a call and we can place the order for you using the gift card and ship the item(s) to you.
What is your return policy?
For in-store purchases our return policy is:
We gladly accept tagged, un-worn merchandise within 10 days of purchase in return for store credit only. The store credit can be used on anything in the store and it never expires! Sale items and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For online purchases our return policy is:
We gladly accept returns of tagged, un-worn merchandise for return, but the item(s) must be postmarked within 10 days of the original shipping date. We will inspect item(s) upon return for wear, damage, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other unpleasant scents. Sale items and jewelry are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you’re in the area and would prefer to return your item(s) in person, they must be received within 10 days of the shipping date. If the item you received is damaged in any way, please email photo to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours.
Please include the completed return/exchange form that was included in your original shipment. If you have misplaced it, please email email@example.com and we can send another one your way. For returns, please attach the pre-paid return shipping label to the bag included in your box. If the item(s) do not fit inside of the bag, affix the label to the original shipping box. Please drop at your nearest United States Postal Service. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your return. Any credit will be refunded to the original form of payment. We are not able to refund the original shipping charge.
Items may be exchanged for a different size or color, however we recommend calling or emailing to reserve your exchange ASAP due to our quick turn of inventory. To exchange for the same item in a different size or color, return shipping to us and shipping the new item back to the customer is complimentary.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items do not meet the criteria above. Your item will be shipped back to you and is subject to an additional shipping charge.

What are my options for shipping?
Shipping is calculated automatically, prior to your order being submitted. While you visit our checkout page, you will select your choice of shipping method. Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Sales tax will be charged to any shipment in Kentucky.
